OVERVIEW
ReKnight is doing it for the boys, their parents & their teachers.
We’re building better men: tackling suicide, abuse and disengagement in boys with our School Programs. Jump onboard and help us spread the impact!
This role involves expanding ReKnight’s world-class group mentoring to boys with School Programs throughout Australia. You will do this by bringing on new partner schools to work with ReKnight and run our Programs.
We are on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a School Partnership Executive. In this role, you will spearhead lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting for our expert consultants. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who excels in sales, with some flexibility for booking additional appointments as needed. Previous sales experience is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close sales and negotiate agreements with prospective school partners, ensuring mutual benefit
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Collaborate with the School Acquisition team to coordinate appointment scheduling and maximise sales opportunities.
- Work on & Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in CRM
- Document all interactions with all prospects in the section of CRM
- Available most days from 7:30am-3:30pm local time to attend appointments
- Occasionally book additional appointments as needed to meet sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in sales or a strong aptitude for sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Routine driven and able to properly manage one’s own time

- Previous experience in the education sector is preferred
TRAINING
- Initial training will be conducted in-house at the Sheraton Grand in Hyde Park.
- Post-training, employees can opt for either in-house or remote work. However, a one-day presence in the office per week is in place
