WE BELIEVE
The current schooling system doesn’t facilitate a boy’s journey to manhood. Boys often aren’t given a specific reference point for becoming a man, nor appropriate male role models to emulate.
Young men need to learn the fundamentals of respect, emotional maturity, and their role as a modern man. Boys, if not being taught this by their father figures, will count on their schooling journey to equip them for life after school. That’s where our ReKnight Program comes in.
OUR PROGRAM
We facilitate a whole-day workshop in school with the boys, meeting them where they’re at, and guiding them towards honourable manhood.
The boys are encouraged to confront and overcome their challenges through a “hero’s journey”, instilling an intrinsic sense of purpose, direction and brotherhood. The experience is heavily drawn from child psychology and facilitated by role models who truly practice what they preach.
After serving thousands of young men in schools, we’ve accumulated the data and perfected the strategies to inspire honourable manhood among these boys:
LONG-LASTING CHANGE
In addition to the whole-day workshop, we offer resources to the students, parents and teachers to promote long-lasting change:
12-Week Journey – 12 weeks of online resources and benchmarks for the boys to continue their development. Teachers and parents also receive online resources which helps in their journey.
Student Engagement Masterclass – A 10h NESA accredited, online masterclass for teachers. We have taken what we think, do and create in our Boy’s Program and compiled everything into this Masterclass in hopes to transform education beyond our workshops and promote sustainable change in the boys.
